“Golda’s Balcony” tell the incomparable story of Golda Meir, who was born in Kiev and worked as a teacher in Milwaukee before becoming the outspoken, dedicated prime minister of Israel. Performed by Tony Award winning actress, Tovah Feldshuh, the originator of the role.

Wednesday, October 9, 7:30 p.m.: Chanticleer

An “orchestra of voices,” Chanticleer will be gracing The Berman stage while celebrating their 35th anniversary, as part of their tour, performing over 100 concerts worldwide. Since their first record, released in 1981, the group has sold well over a million copies and won two Grammy awards. Their mission is to preform choral music at the highest level of excellence, and to promote worldwide appreciation for ensemble singing through live performances, education, and through the recording and creation of new choral work.

Thursday, February 20, 7:30 p.m: Haifa Symphony Orchestra

Founded in 1950, the Haifa Symphony Orchestra has become the focal point of musical life in Haifa and the north of Israel. They received the Prime Minister’s Award for being the leading performer of original Israeli compositions in Israel.

Wednesday, March 12, 7:30 p.m: Gallim Dance: Sit, Kneel, Stand

Founded in 2007, Gallim Dance is dedicated to creating and performing original work by Andrea Miller, building the careers of young artists, and inspiring the imagination of a diverse international audience. The New York based company hostsyear round education and performance programs for both dancers and non-dancers. Come be inspired by the dance company hailed by The New York Times as “excellent, inventive [and] impressive.”

Thursday, March 20, 8 p.m.: An Evening with Molly Ringwald

Molly Ringwald became a teen idol for her roles in “Sixteen Candles”, “Pretty in Pink” and “The Breakfast Club”. Now, at the age of 44, she has released her debut album “Except Sometimes” which she will be performing live with her jazz band. Don’t miss this evening American standards and jazz music sang by America’s sweetheart!

Thursday, April 24, 7:30 p.m.: Nathan & Julie Gunn

Nathan Gunn has made a reputation as one of the most exciting and in-demand baritones of the day. He has appeared in internationally renowned opera houses including the Metropolitan Opera, San Francisco Opera, Paris Opera, and Teatro Real in Madrid. A frequent recitalist, he will be joined by pianist Julie Gunn, his wife, on The Berman stage.
