In observance of Yom Hazikaron
Presented in Partnership with Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit-Israel and Overseas
How would you raise your child if you knew that one day their turn will come to hold a rifle? In this one-person play, writer and performer Niv Petel weaves a vivid story about the effects of Israel’s National Service on everyday life. Inspired by real life situations, and with humor, Knock Knock cuts through the thick curtain of politics to tell a story about parenthood, friendship, love and sacrifice.
