An Anne Frank Center USA Performance

JANUARY 25 | 4:00 PM

Experience the powerful two-person play Letters from Anne and Martin  that draws profound parallels between the words of Anne Frank and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The performance combines excerpts from Anne’s diary with key moments from Dr. King’s Letters from Birmingham Jail, highlighting their shared themes of hope, resistance, and the fight for justice.

Followed by a family-centered symposium. Led by partners of the ADL, Anne Frank Center USA, and The Zekelman Holocaust Center, families will explore two pivotal civil rights figures, connect the struggles of Jewish and Black communities, and discover the power of the written word to inspire empathy and action.

Best for upper-elementary students.

Produced with support from The Zekelman Holocaust Center in memory of John Rosen (z’l)

In partnership with ADL of Michigan, The Zekelman Holocaust Center, and J Kids and Family
