The Berman is a magnificent, state-of-art theater seating 300 or 600 audience members. It is located on the campus of the Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit which also houses unique meeting and reception areas.
THE BERMAN presents and produces a variety of theatrical and non-theatrical events including corporate meetings, annual events, parties, receptions, commercial and film shoots, fundraisers and concerts. BASE RENTAL FEES

| Saturday-Sunday | 6-Hour Rental | $4,000 |
Base rental includes The Berman theatre, lobby, dressing rooms, house tables, chairs, house lighting, stage with podium, one-lighting look, projector/screen, technical supervisor & event manager.
Deposit of 50% of base rental fee must be received upon signing of contract to secure The Berman for your rental. Renters must add The Berman Center for the Performing Arts to their insurance as additional insured at renter’s expense.
